KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Motorrad Malaysia has introduced the new BMW C 400 X and C 400 GT scooters that promises urban riding experience that prioritises comfort and safety, without compromising on its performance and riding dynamics.The scooters get a revised brake system, EU-5 homologated single-cylinder drive with new E-gas feature, optimised engine management and centrifugal clutch.
The large asymmetric LED headlight also equips the C 400 X, along with the Daytime Running Light –now available as standard to the model.Meanwhile, the C 400 GT reigns in the maxi scooter segment and gets LED lighting technology and can be instantly identified by the aerodynamically designed twin LED headlight with now-standard Daytime Running Light.
Their double-disc brake system at the front now offers a more stable and clearly defined pressure point, as well as improved roll-back behaviour of the brake pistons. The advanced Keyless Ride feature now equips both models as standard, offering transponder activation for the steering lock, ignition, fuel-filler flap and anti-theft device, all in one vehicle key.
