Missouri State Rep. Justin Hicks (R) joined 'Fox & Friends First' after he fended off questions on his ethnicity from a Democrat on the State House floor.

"Can I ask you what you identify as?," Terry asked Hicks."Ethnicity."voted along mostly party lines

The Missouri House has passed a ban on diversity spending, though the proposal will likely die in the state Senate.
