In the screen recording Cardi posted, fans were privy to a conversation that the two stars held via voice notes on Instagram. "Oh my God, I was so worried you were gonna see that. I was f*cking calling the people around you weird because everyone was f*cking coming around shoving their phones into your *ss," Billie can be heard saying in the audio. "I was like, 'Just look at her with your eyes!'"
"The Internet is trying to divide us,” Cardi coyly responds in another voice message. “They don't understand that you're my baby!" There’s another voice note by Billie that Cardi did not play in the posted screen recording, but we can see the last message in the exchange is from Cardi saying, "I hate the innanet [sic]" — and honestly? Same.
