SEMUA masjid di Kedah dibenarkan untuk menganjurkan solat fardu berjemaah dengan bilangan jemaah tidak melebihi tiga orang, iaitu terdiri daripada imam bersama dua ahli jawatankuasa kariah masjid dalam tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan . Mufti Kedah Syeikh Fadzil Awang berkata kebenaran yang telah mendapat perkenan Sultan Kedah Al Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin Sultan Badlishah, berkuat kuasa serta-merta.
