US President Joe Biden was seen struggling to read Middle Eastern city names to Israeli President Isaac Herzog despite using “note cards on his lap” at the Oval Office, according to Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“As the New York Post noted, the President read from note cards on his lap rather than looking Herzog in the face for much of his roughly one minute of public remarks before journalists were swiftly removed from the room,” Ms Panahi said.
“Despite reading off notes, the President still struggled with city names during that brief sit down.”
