Biden slammed for 'immoral' open-border policy after human trafficker describes what happens to children

A Central American trafficker's tales of juvenile organ harvesting by cartels implicates the Biden administration's open-border policies, critics said on 'Hannity.'

Investigators seized over 517,000 fentanyl pills, about 130 pounds of meth, 3 ounces of cocaine, 1 ounce of fentanyl powder, 13 vehicles, 13 firearms and over $135,000 in cash since launching an investigation in 2021.told Fox News the trafficker's tale exposes the open-borders policy of Biden and Mayorkas as deeply unethical.
