Politicians usually go on charm offensives to improve their numbers, but that is not an option at his disposal.
"The elephant in the room is the fact that Democrats do not want Joe Biden to run in the 2024 election. However, they are stuck with him," Terrell said."Everyone knows Joe Biden is not mentally capable of being the leader of the greatest nation on earth.
