WASHINGTON—President Biden on Wednesday highlighted Democrats’ better-than-expected showing in the midterm elections, as he was deciding whether to seek a second term despite mixed feelings among some voters about his performance in office.
“While we don’t know all the results yet—at least I don’t know them all yet—here’s what we do know: While the press and the pundits were predicting a giant red wave, it didn’t happen,” Mr. Biden said during a press conference at the White House.
