: Mahkamah Tinggi di sini hari ini menetapkan perbicaraan bagi kes seorang pemuda yang didakwa membunuh kekasihnya yang hamil tahun lepas akan bermula pada 23 Feb 2026.

Terdahulu Timbalan Pendakwa Raya Rosnee Mohd Radzuan memaklumkan mahkamah bahawa pihaknya telah memperoleh laporan psikiatri tertuduh dan memohon agar tarikh perbicaraan ditetapkan. Mohd Hirman seterusnya menetapkan tarikh perbicaraan selama 15 hari dan sebutan semula kes adalah pada 7 Okt 2024. Mahkamah Tinggi Klang pada 15 Mei lalu membenarkan permohonan Muhammad Fakrul Aiman yang didakwa membunuh kekasihnya yang hamil pada tahun lepas, dirujuk kepada pakar psikiatri bagi menjalani pemeriksaan mental.
