KOTA KINABALU: Anybody claiming to be collecting data of undocumented foreign workers and foreign nationals in Sabah is a fraudster, says Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan.
The Deputy Sabah Chief Minister said the proposed datafication process is still under review and has not commenced.
"As of now, the Sabah government has not assigned any department, agency or non-governmental organisation to collect data.Kitingan said this in response to reports that certain quarters were carrying out such activities to gather information and getting payment from foreigners with the purpose of scamming them.
