MILAN (Reuters) - Milan prosecutors have asked for a case against former AC Milan owner Li Yonghong over alleged false accounting to be dropped after a lengthy investigation, a source with knowledge of the matter said.

His voice has been manipulated so that it seems that he is promoting a government-backed investment platform that would generate passive income.The original video was from four years ago when the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation awarded RM80mil scholarship to 6,000 scholars.
