AUGUSTA, Georgia (Reuters) - A defiant Tiger Woods refused to be put out to Augusta National pasture on Tuesday, insisting he was more focused on a sixth Masters Green Jacket than taking on the role of ceremonial starter or any other job that is not winning tournaments.

“Each time it floods, I have to relocate to a nearby primary school or go and live with my children,” said Ross, who has 13 children and 30 grandchildren.“In February, the floods were up to the waist,” Ross said. Ross said he is thankful to Comm Kumar and his officers for helping to fix his roof and getting new linoleum for his three-room home.“It’s only during such festivals that I get to see my children and grandchildren,” he said, thanking the police for visiting and providing regular assistance. The former constable, who is only getting aid from the religious department, said he used to fight against the communists in the 1950s.
“There was a gunfight, which resulted in the death of three communists,” he said, adding that his teammate was shot in the leg.
