KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 3 — Machang MP Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad has mocked Umno for coming to DAP’s defence, amid renewed attacks on the latter’s party constitution.
“Thank you DAP for not being hypocritical, unlike several Umno leaders. Never once has the party backed down from its principle and ideological struggles,” Wan Ahmad Fayhsal wrote on Facebook yesterday. “Look what is currently taking place now. All Malay parties are at their weakest in the ‘Malaysia Madani’ government. Only DAP endures and has gotten stronger,” he claimed, referring the Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s administration.
