Siasatan adalah berkaitan kegagalan mematuhi syarat lesen dan pihaknya mengadakan pertemuan dengan pengurusan tertinggi stesen televisyen itu semalam.
CYBERJAYA: Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia membuka kertas siasatan di bawah Seksyen 206 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998 bagi menyiasat laporan diterbitkan stesen televisyen Awesome TV.
“Apabila kertas siasatan dilengkapkan, ia akan diserahkan kepada Timbalan Pendakwa Raya untuk keputusan lanjut,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan hari ini. Katanya, MCMC memandang serius aduan pengguna dan komited dalam usaha mempertingkat tahap pematuhan pemegang lesen Pemberi Perkhidmatan Aplikasi Kandungan Individu .
