reports that a Benue State High Court on Wednesday restrained the APC National Working Committee from dissolving the State Working Committee. Despite the court order, the leadership of the party on Wednesday announced the dissolution of the Agada-led executive in defiance of the court order. To this end, Agada, alongside eight others, on Thursday sued Ganduje for contempt.
