Bella Hadid resurrected a favorite from last summer
Bella Hadid walked out on this deliciously warm day in New York City wearing a prep-gone-Lilith-Fair look. She sported a classic white T-shirt , a pair of loose leather pants with an ornate gold belt , and a pair of yellow snakeskin loafers. On her arm was a vintage leather orange
with a crosshatch strap and gold bangles bangles. But what really stood out was her unbuttoned brown vest. The piece was something we’d see plucked from a character onBut while the vest looks like a piece from yesteryear New York, the–or at least, returned to a favorite piece. Last year, she stepped out in an embossed leather vest. Dua Lipa is a fan of the look, too.
Another benefit to the waistcoat? It’s versatile. You can layer it on top of a button-up or T-shirt à la Bella, or if you want to take the saucy route like Kate Moss, you can opt for nothing underneath.
