Dalam saman yang difailkan pada 2022, Hannah selaku plaintif berkata Kamarul Zaman memuat naik dua hantaran Facebook antara 10 Mei dan 17 Mei, 2017, iaitu beliau mendakwa bahawa plaintif mempunyai motif untuk menyebarkan Kristian menerusi politiknya.
