There's an element in this program that isn't really found in many other fitness programs, and it has created somewhat of a sisterhood."It's really easy to lose motivation and lose inspiration," Kayla told POPSUGAR."But when you have a community like the BBG community, it's actually very hard to lose motivation, because they're constantly encouraging you and posting photos. It's like a family.
