The suspect allegedly swung a knife at a man at the San Rafael Jack in the Box.
The victim fled. A man who had been in the same vehicle as the woman chased after the victim. The woman allegedly got into the victim’s car and drove away in it. Her accomplice followed behind her in the other vehicle, according to Graham.
Police identified the suspect as Daisy Elisabeth Rodriguez, 26, and arrested her at her apartment. Police booked her into the Marin County Jail on suspicion of carjacking, assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy, drug possession and violating her probation terms. She remained in custody Monday with her bail amount set at $150,000.
