Batman meets Pokémon in a gorgeous piece of fanart that also creates an interesting idea for a possible DC Comics storyline that fans would love.
It's no secret that Batman is at his best when he operates with a sidekick, and while his work with the various Robins has been successful, DC shouldn't ignore the fact that the Caped Crusader would be nearly unbeatable if his partner/sidekick was a Pokémon.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT The image brings to mind just how suitable a Pokémon would be for Batman. Besides having all the skills and abilities that Batman always wanted in a sidekick, a Pokémon comes with an added benefit. Unlike a human, it is much harder to kill. Moreover, as a sidekick, a Pokémon can only reach its full potential through training, and there's no better trainer to replace Ash Ketchum than Batman.
