A bartender went viral on TikTok after posting a video saying she made just $10 working a 70 hour shift at a sports bar.
The bartender goes on to explain why she made such little pay and tells viewers she had social security, Medicare and fed income tax deducted from her pay.
“That’s [your] choice and you knew what the pay was.. so I see nothing wrong here, 70 hours for 2 weeks isn’t even considered full time either,” a user replied.Aaliyah Cortez points out the $10 she made after working a 70-hour shift at her sports bar job.“People saying it’s not the customers problem: should we all quit our jobs? who’s gonna serve you then? 🤡 this is standard in America,” a commenter coming to Cortez’s defense says.
“I don’t get why people go to restaurants and and can’t leave a decent tip like just go to a fast food place instead,” another says.
