Exclusive: Check out the trailer for new horror short film Otherkin, which will premiere today on the platform watchalter and stars Barbarian's Georgina Campbell:
Screen Rant is thrilled to present the trailer for horror short film Otherkin, as well as a quote regarding the project from its star, Barbarian actress Georgina Campbell. The short centers around Scarlet, played by Campbell, who attempts to forge a relationship with her birth parents with terrifying results. Otherkin also stars John Higgins, who has had guest roles in shows like Succession, Trenita Lindsay, and is directed by Dawson Taylor.
Otherkin begins with Scarlet journeying to a remote island to meet her biological parents, whom she's long yearned to form a connection with. However, things quickly turn dark as she begins to realize that the couple has a strange - and perhaps dangerous - obsession with foxes.

Campbell did a wonderful job playing the lead character in Barbarian, so it's exciting to see her in a new horror project so soon. Although it's not a feature-length film, that doesn't mean Otherkin isn't capable of being packed with intrigue and disturbing scares nonetheless. Viewers can see all the fox-laced fear that Otherkin has to offer for themselves beginning this week.
