Banking Bank of Ireland forecasts further 15% drop in commercial property values
Bank of Ireland is expecting a further 15 per cent decline in the value of commercial property assets over the next two years, as the market correction continues to take hold in the sector. The bank expects commercial property prices to drop 10 per cent this year and a further 5 per cent in 2025, as the sector adjusts to higher interest rates, rising vacancy levels and a collapse in demand.
