KUALA TERENGGANU: Seorang pemancing terkejut apabila me­nemukan bangkai 11 ekor lembu di tapak pembuangan sampah haram di tepi sungai di Kampung Sungai Lekar di sini, Sabtu lalu.Wan Mohd. Faizul Wan Jaafar, 35, dari Kampung Su­ngai Ikan di sini berkata, dia terkejut apabila menemukan bangkai lembu bergelimpa­ngan ketika ingin memancing di sungai berdekatan tapak pembuangan sampah haram itu pada pukul 3 petang, Sabtu lalu.

“Saya berkunjung lagi ke sungai itu hari ini dan mendapati bangkai lembu masih berada di kawasan tersebut,” katanya di sini semalam. “Bangkai lembu itu sema­kin berbau busuk dan keadaan tersebut menimbulkan suasana tidak selesa pemancing di sungai berkenaan,” jelasnya.
