Banduan yang menghilangkan diri ketika menerima rawatan di Hospital Sungai Buloh itu dilaporkan memiliki lapan kes jenayah termasuk membabitkan kes narkotik.
Kes banduan terlepas bukanlah satu perkara yang sering terjadi, namun bukan satu kes yang mustahil berlaku lagi.
Menurut Ketua Polis Daerah Sungai Buloh Superintenden Mohd Hafiz Muhammad Nor, banduan dikenali sebagai Kalai Kumar Anandan, 27, itu telah melarikan diri semasa mendapatkan rawatan di Hospital Sungai Buloh pada hari yang sama. Banduan Ada 8 Rekod Jenayah Mengulas lanjut mengenai butiran banduan, Kalai Kumar dilaporkan mempunyai sebanyak lapan rekod jenayah secara keseluruhan.
Susulan itu, pihak polis kini sedang giat meneruskan usaha bagi menjejaki dan menangkap banduan yang terlepas itu.
