Bacarro – who donned the SEAL’s distinctive khaki shorts, brown shirt and swimming boots – participated in various evolutions with the Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL Course Class 85 last Nov. 17. Lt. Gen. Bartolome Vicente Bacarro is now an honorary member of the Philippine Navy’s Naval Special Operations Command.
Bacarro then graced the graduation ceremony of the BUDS Class 85 and SEAL Qualification Training Class 13 as guest of honor and speaker.
