Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali is greeted by guests at a Hari Raya open house at his constituency in Gombak, on June 16, 2019. — BernamaPKR deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali today questioned how the culprits of the sex video had the contact numbers of all the branch leaders and low-ranking members of the party.
“This is most alarming. Even I do not have access to such information. Who provided the information? Who established the whatsapp groups?” he asked when talking to reporters at a Hari Raya open house at his constituency in Gombak today. PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim yesterday denied he and his supporters are the ones behind spreading the sex video, which allegedly features Azmin and Santubong PKR youth chief Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz.
“What would be the reason for us to do this? We are from the same party and from Pakatan Harapan,“ he said after attending a Hari Raya open house at Port Dickson last night. He also brushed off allegations of a power struggle between himself and Azmin, as he has been assured by Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad that he will take over the reins of leadership in time to come.
