(Reuters) - Trading app Robinhood Markets is expected to report its highest quarterly revenue in nearly three years, helped by a steady rebound in equity markets and crypto trading.

KUALA LUMPUR: The rapid change in technology requires the police to constantly improve the capabilities of its personnel in combating crime, especially cybercrime and the abuse of new psychoactive substances , says Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay .

“The increasing use of digital devices, encryption methods and anonymity services poses complex technical challenges to law enforcement agencies. In order to reinforce the current expertise in investigating narcotic criminals, Ayob Khan said the police and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia have developed a joint programme to improve investigative capabilities against the threats of NPC abuse.
