Ayer Kuning polls: Barisan’s Yusri declines public asset declaration

TAPAH : Barisan Nasional 's Ayer Kuning by-election candidate Dr Mohamad Yusri Bakir does not see the need to publicly declare his assets.

The Tapah Umno secretary said he has already declared his assets to the relevant bodies upon resigning as head of the Islamic and Moral Education Department at the Ipoh campus of the Institute of Teacher Education earlier this month."We are required to submit our declarations before stepping down from a civil servant post and also when we retire," he said during a press conference after a door-to-door visit at Kampung Baru Tapah Road on Monday .
