MANILA, Philippines — Authorities arrested 19-year-old Kapamilya star McNeal “Awra” Briguela for various offenses after allegedly causing trouble in a bar in Makati City early morning Thursday, the Southern Police District said.
According to SPD, Briguela was apprehended outside a bar along Gen. Luna Street, Barangay Poblacion around 5 a.m., after Briguela, along with seven others, engaged in a brawl with complainant Mark Christian Ravana’s group, as seen in a viral video circulating online.Based on the report, the commotion happened during a despedida party when Briguela and her friends reportedly approached and confronted Ravana, demanding him “to remove his shirt.
Police said Ravana declined and tried to avoid Briguela, but the latter followed him and reportedly tore his shirt, sparking a heated argument, which escalated after Briguela’s friends joined in the alleged assault.
