A Malaysia n woman, Adra Azura, accused a fast-food restaurant of negligence after her autistic son, Zul, was allegedly beaten by a coworker. Zul, 23, suffered bruises and swelling on his face, chest, and hands and returned home in a near-fainting state. Adra stated this was the first time her son had ever been physically assaulted. She took Zul to the doctor and filed a police report.
However, when she was summoned to the police station, the investigating officer advised her to drop the case to prevent her son from being detained for questioning. The officer cited the lack of a specialized cell for individuals with disabilities as a reason
