The county Medical Examiner’s Office has identified a 19-year-old Pauma Valley man as the driver who died in a crash during a Border Patrol pursuit on Saturday near El Cajon.around 3 p.m. on westbound Interstate 8 near the Mollison Avenue exit, authorities said Tuesday.while it was being pursued by Border Patrol agents, the California Highway Patrol said
