Breaking: India have thrashed Australia by an innings and 132 runs in the first Test after the visitors were bowled out for just 91 in Nagpur
Australian great Allan Border has demanded the team find solutions for the second Test after an embarrassing defeat to India inside three days.Australian captain Patrick Cummins his side didn’t handle the game and tempo well enough in the first Test.
“The game moves pretty quickly at times here in India so you have to manage the tempos - I thought they played very well,” Cummins said during the post game presentations.Indian star Ravichandran Ashwin says India’s batting and their early wickets set the direction for his nation’s innings and 132-run victory over Australia.
Jadeja had bowled Steve Smith to end the match but he overstepped the mark and was called for a no ball.Shami has come back on and rocketed through Lyon’s defence with a straight one which has hit his leg stump.BySpeaking during commentary duties, Australian great Mark Waugh said action needed to be taken ahead of the second test with Travis Head and Cameron Green needing to be named in the side.
