Australia nets 10 million virus tests from China despite row

AN Australian mining magnate today unveiled a deal to import 10 million coronavirus tests from China, despite a bitter diplomatic spat between the countries. Andrew Forrest, head of Fortescue, said he used contacts to secure an order for the tests with Chinese genomics firm BGI Group at a significantly lower cost than rival providers amid fierce competition.
