Hungry munchers can find everything from bratwursts to burritos when nearly 30 food trucks take over Benton Street from River Street to Broadway from 5 to 9 p.m. May 6.

Presented by Downtown Aurora, the Food Truck Festival is free to attend.This is the fifth year for the event after taking two years off for the pandemic, said organizer Marissa Amoni, manager of Aurora Downtown. She said they look for a variety of food trucks and never have more than a couple of one kind of food.
The Food Truck Festival will take place during Downtown Aurora’s monthly First Fridays event, which include a Downtown Block Party in August and Roots Aurora in September.
