Audi is returning to its classic model naming system after a two-year experiment. Starting with the 2025 Audi A6, suffixes will once again indicate the powertrain type, with e-tron for electric vehicles, TFSI for gasoline, TFSI e for plug-in hybrids, and TDI for diesel models. This change follows customer feedback and aims to simplify the naming structure.
