He set out from the Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos State on October 17 and arrived at his destination, the Rivers State Government House in Port Harcourt on Saturday.
He was accompanied by the cheering crowd as he arrived at the Government House gate where he was received by officials of the Rivers State Government led by Governor Siminalayi Fubara.Governor Fubara in his address commended the courage of the 28-year-old and urged other youths to dispense their energies in meaningful ventures.He said it was exciting to hear about his adventure amidst the recent stories of insecurity in the state.
With the marathon now completed, the Guinness World Records is expected to preview the exercise and give a verdict sooner or later.
