The man left behind beverage bottles, food wrappers, clothing and other personal belongings strewn across the floor, police said.
A man who spent the night in an office at City Hall in Atlantic City was arrested after workers arrived Monday morning and called police.
Police charged the Atlantic City resident with burglary and are reviewing surveillance footage to see if other charges will be filed, officials said.
