Bobbi Brown, 66, Shares the ‘Silky’ Face Powder She Loves That Doesn’t ‘Settle’ Into Fine Lines

“They are super light, almost a silky feel. And it’s more sheer. I rather someone apply more of a powder where they need it and keep the sheerness on the rest of the face. They’re talc-free,” she says, which is important because “talc also gives a settle-in-the-line thing.”“The trick is to always use a little and add more instead of dipping [the brush] in too much,” she says.
She also says the powders can be color-correcting, with eight available shades. In the video, she recommends using one shade to set makeup and absorb oil in shiny areas, and another shade for areas that might need a bit more color correcting .
