Bielak matched his career high by issuing four walks, but he compensated by limiting the Rockies to just two hits and inducing two double plays while striking out four. The Astros extended their home run hitting streak to 16 games thanks to a third-inning solo bomb by rookie infielder Grae Kessinger, his first major-league homer.hit 4-for-5 with a double and an RBI. Center fielder Jake Meyers went 2-for-4, his first multi-hit game since June 5. Mauricio Dubón went 2-for-5 with an RBI triple, and Chas McCormick added a run-scoring single.Bielak’s call-up and start Tuesday was a way for the Astros to buy time.
