Singapore has the most entrants of any Asian city, but a number of them have fallen in position since 2023.
SINGAPORE – Ahead of the Asia’s 50 Best Bars ceremony on July 16, the fourth edition of the 51-100 list has been released, with mixed results for Singapore.
For instance, Republic at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, slipped from No. 16 on 2023’s top 50 list to No. 57 on 2024’s 51-100 list. Cat Bite Club in Duxton Road made its debut at No. 77, with 28 HongKong Street right behind at No. 78 – down from No. 24.Among the other Asian metropolises, Bangkok had the second-best showing on the list after Singapore, with six entrants. Its highest-ranking bar in the 51-100 list was Tropic City at No. 62, which fell more than 50 places from No. 6 in 2023.
