The trial continues today with Mr Justice Tony Hunt addressing the jury before they deliberate
Judge Hunt says Puska was said to be asking about concern for his family, said "I did it, but I didn't intend it." He says they are all matters they should consider when looking at the question of fitness.
They should also look at whether anything corroborated on other evidence. "You're entitled to look very very closely. That is the defence case. You must consider it. You may accept or you may reject. You're the operatives of what is good and what is not good. What is doubtful and what is not doubtful.
