Asdion lands Tumpat Supply Base contract

ACE Market-listed Asdion Bhd yesterday entered into a joint development agreement with Kingdom Infra Holdings Sdn Bhd that effectives secures for the logistics company a guaranteed revenue of RM151 million over the next five years via the export of minerals of from Kelantan to China.in March but retains the salient features of the acquisition including valuation, profit guarantee and offtake volumes.
