Silverbridge GFC have suspended all club activities following the death of their 17-year-old star.
The South Armagh based club has said that the entire community is in mourning following the sudden death and has suspended its activities for the time being. Lochlann played minor football for the club and won the U16 league and U15 shield for the club during his time.
In a club statement posted on Instagram on Tuesday, Silverbridge said that "there are no words to describe the devastating passing".“Our thoughts and prayers are with his mother and father Jodi and Kieran, sister Hannah. Grandparents Lochlann and Maeve Murray and Jean Viau. Lochlann’s extended family, friends and teammates."

Anyone that knew Locky was very lucky, he made everyone feel valued, always acknowledging you if you met him.""There are simply no words to describe the devastating loss of Lochlann, may he Rest in Peace. Please keep Lochlann and his family and friends in your prayers. As a mark of respect all club activities have been suspended.
