On June 25, the day before her birthday, the star debuted her new hairstyle on Instagram in a slideshow of photos and videos with the caption, "Almost 27 :)." She shared two versions of the selfie, one in black-and-white and the other in color. Grande looks gorgeous as she poses for the camera in what looks like a half-up, half-down style. Her medium-length look falls just a few inches past her shoulders. The front of her straightened hair fades from the chocolate brown shade to a lighter honey brown for a seamless ombré. In the seventh photo of the slideshow, we get an even closer look at her highlights pulled up into a hun .
While it's largely known that the secret to her long ponytails are extensions, we rarely get glimpses of the star's shorter hair.
