In late October, he was spotted not once, but twice in the same week with the model Kaia Gerber, best known as Cindy Crawford’s 18-year-old daughter. Then, he traveled across the country to dine with her in a ritzy restaurant.
Admittedly, those two encounters didn’t look particularly romantic; then came what I’m confident labeling a date. On November 4, Pete “jetted across the States” to take Kaia to dinner at Nobu in her hometown of Malibu, the Daily Mail reports. The photos of this outing, as captured by the paparazzi, are compelling.
When would they have met? Per a source who spoke to “Page Six,” it’s likely the celebs met this past June, when they both walked Alexander Wang’s spring 2019 runway — which also happened to be Pete’s modeling debut. Who among us, at one time or another, hasn’t swooned over a heavily tattooed man in a white tank top and backward baseball hat?
But didn’t Davidson just get out of a relationship? Well, that is correct. In mid-October, Us Weekly reported that Pete had split from his doppelgänger, actress Margaret Qualley, after a few months of dating. But that’s not reason enough to shut down the possibility of Pete and Kaia being “a thing.” You can’t pick when you catch feelings for someone else, and we all know that Pete tends to move on from relationships pretty quickly.
