Hundreds of young women have been mentored through this empowerment programme, according to Ella Bella, national director of Miss Earth South Africa.“That is simply an experience; an and amazing opportunity and a benefit of the programme. The programme is about opportunities and learnings. Each delegate has the opportunity to grow and develop.

“You will learn about the greatest challenges our people face in the climate space, and how it affects us as all as South Africans and global citizens. “Being part of this leadership and empowerment programme means you will understand that you as an individual can make a difference.
