I'd prefer the entire kick-drumming folk rock package, but Mumford's solo album is solid. Either would be fine. Please.The day I moved to Indianapolis, sight unseen, Phoebe Bridgers played TCU Amphitheater. I spent about a week trying to calculate how I could land, get a rental car and drive my family to our new home, then leave them without food, furniture or a car at said new home to make it to that show.As it stands, I still have not seen Bridgers perform live.
Boygenius has already booked Coachella, and Bridgers has a run of stadium shows opening for Taylor Swift that will end in May. Perhaps some smaller festival gigs are on the horizon for either iteration?This is a total Hail Mary, as the band has been on hiatus for more than a year. Foster the People headlined WonderStruck, WonderRoad's sister festival in Cleveland, in 2018. But the group does not appear to have any immediate plans.
