If you’re waiting for the next pro version of AirPods, you only have until Wednesday before they’re confirmed, it seems.
The have been rumors that the next AirPods Pro will look very different, with no stem, for a start. However, more recent reports have suggested the design will be a gentler update of the current design.
One thing’s for sure: though the third-generation AirPods changed the design significantly, Apple will ensure the new Pro earbuds look different enough to be easily distinguished.There are several reports which say that there could be LC3 codec support and support for Bluetooth 5.2. Don’t worry about the names and numbers, it means that battery life could be longer and sound quality should improve.That will continue to have a Lightning connector, it’s now thought.
