Five people and a suspect were killed in a Sydney shopping center stabbing attack on Saturday that left multiple people, including a small child, injured, police said.
Muhammad Kamil Abdul Munim, who is Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim 's political secretary, said the months of Ramadan and Syawal should be filled with good deeds and attitudes, adding that Islam is about mercy and rejects defamation.
He added that using fabricated stories shows their desperation and shows that they have failed to raise any valid issues against the Prime Minister and the Madani administration. Muhammad Kamil also said the Prime Minister's health is good despite his hectic schedule, adding that it was common for anyone to sometimes have a slight fever or allergies.
